3. Tracking Your Order

• A delayed update does not mean your order is lost

4. International Shipments & Customs

• Orders outside your country are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
• Customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
• Qkdstwuu™ is not liable for customs delays

5. Changes or Cancellations

• Contact service@eibolsh.com within 12 hours of purchase for changes
• Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Damaged Items: Send a photo within 72 hours; we will replace it at no extra cost
• Lost in Transit: Verified lost packages will be replaced free of charge
